Power Clean x 10 reps @60/40kg
Run 400M
Pull-ups x 20 reps

Ground to over head x 5 reps @60/40kg
* Work in pairs of 2, both atletes needs to performe all tasks. Athlete 1 needs to do all Power Cleans before Athlete 2 can start and so on and so forth.”
