Monster walk x 10L/10R reps
Handstand Hold x 30s
Shoulder pass throughs x 10 reps

Every 2 min for 10 minutes, of:
Clean TNG x 5 reps
* build in weight over the sets

3 MIN AMRAP “”The Chief””, of:
Power Clean x 3 reps @60/40kg
Push-up x 6 reps
Air Squats x 9 reps
*Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
