#1: Partner Shoulder Opener x 45 seconds / Shoulder Opener x 30 seconds
#2: Hip Flexor Stretch x 30 seconds per side
#3: Hawaiian Squats x 5 reps per side

B:
Clean
#1 – 3 x 50% TNG
#2 – 3 x 55% TNG
#3 – 3 x 60% TNG
#3 – 3 x 65% TNG
#3 – 3 x 70% TNG

C:
Every 3 min for 18min
Against a 90-second running clock, complete the following:
Pull-Ups x 15 reps
Ground to Overhead @50/40kg x 5 reps
Double-Unders x Max reps
