Hip Circles x 10 reps per leg
Band Pass Thrus x 10 reps (just like a PVC Pass Thru but with a band)
Sotts Press x 3 reps

B:
Front Squat bar from floor
*Set 1 – 10 reps @ 55%
*Set 2 – 7 reps @ 65%
*Set 3 – 3 rep @ 70%
Rest 2-3 minutes

4 sets of:
Front Squat @4111 x 6 reps @65%

C:
4 sets of:
30 Wallballs
15 Power Clean @50/40kg
