Hamsting pulses x 10 (each leg)
Stick Pass throughs x 5 + Stick wipers x 5

B:
Every 1 minutes, for 10 minutes (10 sets), complete:
Back Squat x 1 reps @95% of 1-RM Back Squat
* Scaled version is 3 reps at comfortable weight

C:
In 6 min establish your 1 rep max of:
