High Hang Snatch x 3 reps @ 70% of 1-RM Snatch

C:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
10 Pull-Ups
15 Wall Ball Shots
30 Double Unders

Overhead Squat x 2 reps @ 3311
