Wallrun x 10 (10 pushup walks, same as walwalk but in push-up position)
Splitjumps x 10
Russian babymakers x 10

B:
Every 1 min for 10 min 10 sets
2 position Squat clean floor,mid thigh @70% 1RM x 3 rep
* Hold on to the bar

and then

5 sets of:
Muscle clean @40/30kg x 5 reps

C:
EMOM 18 min
#1 – Handrelease Push-up x 18
#2 – Splitjumps x 18
#3 – Side plank, rotate free arm in under to straight x 30/30s”
